By the end of this 5-day immersive experience, you’ll have a solid understanding of AI’s transformative potential in education and practical skills to seamlessly integrate AI tools into your teaching. You’ll learn to design personalized, AI-powered lesson plans, create engaging and dynamic content, and use AI for lesson organization and management. Through experiential, hands-on learning, you will apply AI in real-world classroom scenarios, enhancing student engagement and improving learning outcomes.
Drawing inspiration from Budapest’s rich culture and history, you’ll craft culturally enriched lessons that connect deeply with students. Learning Outcomes
The program uses an experiential learning approach, emphasizing “learning by doing.” Participants engage with AI tools through hands-on workshops, collaborative tasks, and real-world applications. This methodology ensures practical skill development in AI-powered lesson design, content creation, and classroom integration, tailored to individual teaching needs.
Cultural immersion activities enhance learning, blending Budapest’s art, history, and folklore with AI to inspire engaging, culturally rich lessons.
Assessment is continuous and formative, focusing on participation, collaboration, and practical application. Participants will showcase their skills through completed projects, including personalized lesson plans and interactive content, leaving them equipped to transform their teaching with AI.
Learning Programme and Tasks
Program Overview:
Day 1: Introduction to AI & Budapest’s Cultural Heritage
- Morning: Workshop on AI in education and ethical considerations.
- Early afternoon: Walking tour of historical sites (Buda Castle, Matthias Church) with AIpowered guides.
Day 2: Art & AI Visualization
- Morning: Visit the Museum of Fine Arts for a guided analysis of Hungarian art styles.
- Early afternoon: Using AI to create Hungarian-inspired visuals.
Day 3: AI in Geography & Landscape
- Morning: Workshop on using AI tools for geography lessons.
- Early afternoon: Explore the Danube River and Margaret Island with AI apps for ecosystem analysis.
Day 4: Storytelling & Folk Traditions • Morning: Use AI to enhance storytelling with Hungarian folklore. • Early afternoon: Visit the Hungarian Heritage House to learn traditional crafts.
Day 5: Synthesis & Presentation • Morning: Collaborative workshop creating AI-enhanced lesson plans. • Early afternoon: Final presentations and farewell celebration.
Participants are required to bring their own device (laptop or tablet) to fully engage in the hands-on workshops and activities. A personal device ensures you can explore AI tools, create lesson plans, and develop content effectively, while also allowing you to apply these skills directly to your teaching practice.

*The language of the course is English, linguistic aid may be provided for speakers of Hungarian with lower language abilities.
Conditions
The course complies with all rules as set in the Quality Standards of the Erasmus+ program. Extracurricular activities are in addition to the lessons, and study groups are international. Note: should the latter condition not be met, participants will be informed 40 days in advance.
Payment facilities: participants with funding from the actual year’s project budget may ask to request a deposit of EUR 100 to guarantee their places on the course and pay the rest of the fees later.
It is possible to take part in 2 consecutive courses, please book both separately. A price reduction of 15% will be applied.
